Usage
Plavix should be taken as directed by the doctor. Plavix should be taken wit a glass of water, irrespective of food. It should be stored away from hit moisture & heat.
Precaution
In case the user is to undergo surgical procedures, the doctors or dentist should be informed of the use of this drug. Certain Drugs like aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, Nuprin, others), naproxen (Aleve, Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), ketoprofen (Orudis, Orudis KT, Oruvail), indomethacin (Indocin), nabumetone (Relafen), oxaprozin (Daypro), or other similar medications should not be used in conjunction with Plavix without consulting your doctor. When using this drug, bleeding from bruises & wounds will take longer to stop. In case of excessive or unusual bleeding, inform your doctor about the same. |
